FIRST CONVERSATION
Consultation & site visit
We confirm pool placement, check boundary fence heights, NCZ compliance, and crane or HIAB access — either on site or remotely with photos and plans.

THE AGREEMENT
Quote confirmed
You receive a tailored quote based on site conditions, access requirements and selected options. A deposit secures your build slot.

IN THE WORKSHOP
Pool production starts
Your pool is manufactured off-site over roughly 12 weeks. We coordinate approvals and installation planning in parallel, so nothing waits in line.

COUNCIL & CERTIFICATION
We handle the paperwork
We prepare and lodge all required council documentation on your behalf. Approvals typically take 15–25 business days, and we keep you posted as they progress.

SITE PREPARATION
Site works
A few days before install, we prepare the pool footprint — ground compaction and final access checks. Usually 2–3 hours on site.

DELIVERY DAY
Install day
Crane in, level up, connect the power. Installs typically take 5–6 hours. Balance of the invoice is due prior to install, then it's yours to enjoy.
