Most clients choose our standard install package — full delivery, site prep, crane work, council documentation and traffic management, all coordinated by one team. From the day the pool lands on your driveway to the day you swim in it: 5 to 6 hours.

Preparation & submission of all standard council documentation required for approval, on your behalf.

Every Original Aloft arrives finished to your site — shell, structure, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and safety gate, all in one unit.
01 / SITE ACCESS
How we get the pool in.
Side-access width, overhead trees, slopes and gates all decide whether a standard HIAB will reach — or if we need a larger crane, extra street permits, or a longer lift.
02 / GROUND & SLOPE
What's under your feet.
A flat, level slab is the simplest job. Sandy soak-aways, heavy clay, steep falls or existing tree roots can mean extra ground prep, fill, retaining or compaction.
03 / COUNCIL & PERMITS
Your local rules.
Most Perth councils approve in 10–30 days at standard fees. Heritage overlays, bushfire zones or strata approvals can add lodgement work and additional permit fees. Some councils also require extra NCC or compliance factors — we handle these on a case-by-case basis as part of your quote.
04 / TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT
The lift on the day
Tight streets, busy main roads or longer reaches sometimes need traffic management — a council-approved road closure, after-hours timing, or a city crane in the mix.
05 / DISTANCE FROM PERTH
Where you live
Within 25km of the Perth CBD, delivery's already in. Beyond that — Mandurah, the South West, Geraldton, anywhere else in WA — we quote freight and a return trip per job.
06 / DESIGN CHANGES
If you tweak the pool
Standard production runs ~14 weeks. Custom colours, finishes or design changes to the pool itself can shift the timeline — and the price. We'll tell you exactly what changes mean for both before you sign.

Optional, but lovely
Bolt-ons most owners eventually add — for warmth, convenience, or peace of mind. Pick them now and they're factory-fitted; add them later and we'll come back and install. Prices are from-pricing for a metro install.
