Site Visit
Once we’ve received your enquiry, we’ll arrange a site visit—and yes, we’ll bring the actual pool out with us! We’ll walk through your site, check access, and let you know if any additional site works may be needed. It’s also a great chance to ask questions, discuss concerns, and make sure the pool is the perfect fit for your backyard.

Formal Quote
After the site visit, we’ll email you a formal quote based on your setup and preferences. Happy to go ahead? Lock it in by paying a 40% deposit, and we’ll get things moving.

Council Approval & Site Prep
Once your deposit is paid:

We’ll handle all council lodgements on your behalf*

Your pool will go into production

If any site works are required (like levelling or access), we’ll take care of it during this stage*
We’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way.
*If Aloft is handling installation.

Install & Dive In
When your pool is ready, we’ll get in touch to schedule installation.
You’ll then pay the final 60% balance, and we’ll deliver and install your brand-new Aloft Pool—fill and enjoy!
