HOW IT WORKS
FROM SITE VISIT TO SWIM IN SIX CLEAR STEPS
1
SITE VISIT
We start with a site visit so we can properly assess access, positioning, and which Aloft Pool model will work best in your space. We’ll look at yard levels, access paths, overhead power lines, and where the pool can be craned or lifted into position.
This visit allows us to give you accurate advice and avoid surprises later.

2
QUOTE
Following the site visit, we prepare a detailed written quote outlining your chosen pool model, finishes, pool placement and installation requirements.
Your quote clearly separates:
-
Pool supply
-
Installation and crane/HIAB placement
-
Any site-specific items required for your property
Once you’re happy, a deposit secures your pool and allows us to move forward.

3
POOL GOES INTO PRODUCTION
Once your deposit is received, your pool is locked into production.
Production typically takes around 12 weeks, with approvals and planning running in parallel to keep things moving efficiently.
We’ll keep you updated throughout this stage so you always know where things are at.

4
COUNCILAPPROVAL
If Aloft Pools is handling installation, we can also prepare and lodge the required council documentation on your behalf.
This includes coordinating drawings, certifications, and responding to any council queries.
This can take between 10 - 20 business days. Approval timeframes vary by council, but we guide you through the process every step of the way.

5
SITE WORKS
Once approvals are in place, site works are completed in preparation for installation.
Site prep is typically carried out a few days prior to install, depending on what’s required, and usually takes between two to five hours.
This stage may include:
Ground preparation and compaction
Preparing the engineered pool footing
Final access, safety, and compliance checks

6
INSTALLATION DAY
Installation day is fast and exciting.
Your pool is delivered to site and craned or lifted into position, with installation typically taking around five to six hours.
Once placed, final checks are completed and your pool is ready to be filled — it’s the moment everything comes together.
